Shou Jiahui

Founder, CEO Responsible for operation and

Master of Computer Science from the Hubei University of Technology, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Nice, France. Years of experience in industrial automation systems, large-scale industrial UAV systems, machine vision applications, and 3D printer product development. proficient in software and hardware development of automation and control systems, motor motion control, and interpolation algorithms. And more than 10 years of R&D team construction and management experience.

Earlier in his career, Shou Jiahui worked for Shenzhen Zhongke Oupeng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with the Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as a senior software engineer in 2007, mainly responsible for the selection of robot system solutions and the writing of control software, development, principle research, and promotion of sensor application technology. Presided over and wrote a textbook “Modern Sensor Technology and Application” for sensor application of measurement and control major in colleges and universities. In 2011, he served as the R&D manager of Shenzhen Fulianda Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the system integration scheme design, software and hardware technology development of automation equipment, FCT system, and other non-standard automation equipment. In April 2015, He joined Shenzhen Kuangchi Institute of Advanced Science and Technology, the State Key Laboratory, and was responsible for the research and development of robot projects. Successfully led and managed many major projects of robots, airships, and aircraft from 0 to 1 with fruitful results. And in early 2017, he was promoted to manager of the Pegasus Center avionics Division.

Shou Jiahui founded Shenzhen TronHoo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd in 2017, and the manufacturing center in Dongguan and Jiangxi were established respectively after that. Till now, the total number of the company is about 160 people. The responsibility of “Bring 3D technology into your life” was his own mission to lead TronHoo to make continuous progress and breakthroughs.

Cen Li

Vice president, Marketing Director

Cen Li, master of Microelectronics from Peking University. Responsible for the company’s internal operations and also serves as the marketing director. Before joining TronHoo, Cen Li mainly served as the main person in charge of internal administrative management, external government relations, and government declaration projects in several leading enterprises.

From March 1997 to March 2005, Cen Li worked as a technician engineer in the experimental center of Sanjiu Group and participated in the data analysis of trial production of several new products, which laid a solid foundation for stable production and quality. From March 2005 to December 2009, served as the Director of Personnel and Administration in Shenzhen Oupeng Technology Co., Ltd. For the first time, she contacted the government project declaration, and during her tenure, she successively won 12 million in government subsidies for the company. From December 2009 to June 2014, while working at IFLY, she led the establishment of a subsidiary with project declaration as the primary function to serve the company and its close customer base, obtain a government subsidy of no less than 20 million and obtain a technology interest-free loan of 50 million. And she successfully applied for National High and Double Soft qualifications for nearly 30 clients. From June 2014 to November 2019, Cen Li joined Zhengwei Group Shenzhen Jintongwei Technology Co., Ltd. as the deputy general manager and director of personnel administration. Leading the team saves the company an average of nearly 2 million per year. Declared 120 million subsidies for various projects to the group and its branches, and successfully landed 12 projects on the China mainland.

Cen Li joined TronHoo and served as the vice president in 2019, assisting the CEO in completing daily management work, being in charge of personnel administration and internal operation information connection, workflow sorting and promotion, and coordination and disposal of internal and external relations.

Liu Rongting

Leader of 3D Technology R&D and Management Center

Master of Mechatronic Engineering from Chongqing University. Solid technical ability, rich experience, and fruitful achievements. Before joining TronHoo, Liu Rongting served as the leader of several major projects in many leading enterprises, led the team to complete the task, and obtained nearly 30 individual and team patents, including 3 PCT patents.

From November 2009 to October 2018, Liu Rongting served as the head of the system structure department and deputy director of the structure and data development department of Hytera Group and completed the development of TETRA, PDT, 4G, and other systems. Completed an industrial achievement transformation award, that received 3 million funding from the Shenzhen Municipal Government, As one of the main researchers, he won two-second prizes in Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress. From July 2004 to November 2009, he joined UT Starcom Shenzhen R&D Center. As the team leader led the team to complete the development of outdoor base stations, IPTV, and STB and established a development process and collaborative development platform suitable for IPD. From July 2001 to July 2004, he worked at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., engaged in the structural design of indoor and outdoor base stations.

In October 2018, Liu Rongting joined TronHoo as the R&D director, leading the team to develop 3D printers, laser engraving machines, and other leading technology 3D printing products, achieving the task of monthly sales of over 10,000 units. he also led the preparation of the 3D technology research institute and the technical docking work of school-enterprise cooperation. R&D team management and performance appraisal, etc.

Wang Huiyuan

Leader of 3D New Material R&D and Management Center

From December 2013 to November 2014, Wang Huiyuan served as a postdoctoral researcher at the French GPM Institute of Materials Physics. From January 2015 to November 2017, he served as a postdoctoral researcher/R&D supervisor at the Kuangchi Institute of Advanced Science and Technology in Shenzhen. From April 2017 to November 2019, He served as the R&D manager at Shenzhen Kuangchi Space Technology Co., Ltd. In 2019, he joined TronHoo as the technical leader of 3D new material research and development and 3D new material research director of Jiangxi TronHoo SunRay Technology Co., Ltd. In 2019, Wang Huiyuan became the scientific and technological expertise of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee. In 2020, he was awarded the high-level professional talents in Bao’an district, Shenzhen, and in 2021, awarded the high-level professional talents in Shenzhen.

Dr. Wang has obtained a lot of scientific research results in his past work and research. During his Ph.D. study at the University of Rouen, France, he conducted research on high-dose boron ion implantation into silicon and published 4 articles in international journals. The nano-grained stainless steel prepared by spark plasma sintering was studied as a prospective study of materials for EDF’s third-generation nuclear reactors. While working as a postdoctoral researcher at Shenzhen Kuangchi Institute of Advanced Science and Technology, he completed the work report “Design of Mooring Balloon Anchor Parking” and obtained a number of patents. He also completed the design of multiple sets of products and the system runs stably after being put into operation. At the same time, as the general director of the aerostat project, conducted the research and development of small and medium-sized tethered balloons, product implementation, research and development, and conversion, and obtained 12 patents including 4 PCT international patents. He also participated in the completion of the project “Floating Platform for Comprehensive Application of Spatial Big Data”, mainly responsible for the design and implementation of the ground mooring system of the floating platform for comprehensive application of big spatial data, and won the second prize of Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award.

In 2019, Dr.Wang joined TronHoo as the R&D and marketing director and participated in “Jiangxi TronHoo SunRay Technology annual output of 100,000 3D printing equipment and 1200 tons of 3D raw materials production project”. working in the scientific research and technology transformation of additive manufacturing of 3D printing and additive manufacturing materials, participated in the design and development of 3D printers and micro laser engraving machines, and obtained several patents during the work. Meanwhile, he is also responsible for optimizing 3D printing consumables and provides all-around support for the company’s material output and innovation.

Cheng Jiankang

Director of TronHoo iManufacturing Center

Cheng Jiankang, Harbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electronic engineering. He has been engaged in product production and management in leading manufacturing enterprises for many years, with rich practical experience in production workflow, production management, team formation, and ISO system. he participated in the process of the company’s growth and listing, and has a deep understanding of the company’s development and production capacity matching and other related work with high awareness and in-depth knowledge of factory process management. In particular, he has rich management experience in multi-level companies and corresponding production management.

Before joining TronHoo, Cheng Jiankang worked as a production supervisor at Jiawei Photovoltaic Lighting Co., Ltd from 2010 to 2013, and served as production director at Shenzhen Lianzhan Technology Co., Ltd from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, he was the production director/acting deputy manager of LuxShare Group, and from 2016 to 2017, and was assigned to Zhuhai as the deputy manager of the sample department. He planned the entire FPC sample production process, optimized the production cycle, and completed the implementation of WIP. The FPC sample cycle is increased from the original 14D to 7D.

At the end of 2017, he joined the TronHoo team. He led the formation of the production team, the construction of the production plant, and the follow-up of the whole process of the Jiangxi TronHoo SunRay Technology factory. Improve from “aerial operation” to auxiliary operation of tools and fixtures, participated in the ERP launch, led the completion of ISO9001:2015 related training, system document production, and passed TUV certification at one time to get the certificate, during the period led 5 new product BOMs cost reduction and successful implementation. With rich experience in the whole process of 3D printing FDM and LCD, product experience and process accumulation from engineering prototype to mass production, manufacturing end from PMC, procurement, inspection, warehousing, production, process, and quality management to ensure the top standard 3D printing product quality for our customers.
